Visitors to the College of Dental Hygienists of Manitoba (“the College”) website agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). By accessing and using this website, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement, please leave this site immediately. In addition, when using the services available on this website, you may be subject to specific terms related to that service that will be outlined for you. If you do not agree, you will not be able to access that particular service on this site. The College reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time by updating this page. Use of the website after such changes are posted will signify your acceptance of these revised terms and conditions. You should visit this page periodically to review this Agreement.


New applicants and registrants of the College must register an account to use this service. This account will be used to maintain and track your registration. You are the only person who can input information into your account. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information about yourself, and you agree not to misrepresent your identity. It is your responsibility to maintain and keep current information about yourself on this website at all times. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login information, and you agree to let the College know immediately of any breach or potential breach in the confidentiality of your login information.


Your login to the computer management system is secured via the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (“HTTPS”) protocol in order to protect all registrant’s data. Any information sent over the internet through the unsecured HTTP connection is inherently unsecure. Therefore, if you communicate with the College using an unsecured HTTP connection, the College cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of any communication to or from our e-mail servers.


We may obtain information about how you use our site by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help the College improve our site, and to deliver a better and more personalized service. We may collect information about your computer, including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, operating system and browser type, for website administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.


The names, graphics and logos on this site are the exclusive property of the College and may not be copied, imitated or used in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the College.
