Hopefully everyone is enjoying the wonders of summer and reuniting with family and friends. There are a few administrative items to share with you:

The portal for completing your 2021-2022 Continuing Competency is now open, you
can complete the fillable forms at any time.
2. A
reminder, if you have a name
or address change, according to CDHM Bylaw 2.2, you are
required to notify the College within 30 days. Please note a name change requires notarization from
a notary public.
3. A
reminder to sign up for our virtual
AGM on October 21st from 6:30-9:30pm. Through the registrant
login on the CDHM website, click on your profile page and sign up. Eva Grayzel,
oral cancer survivor and master storyteller, will be our keynote speaker:https://www.evagrayzel.com/
4. Watch for the upcoming October CDHM webinar; Study & Journal Clubs 101, an introduction to set up and examples of how this learning opportunity can benefit you and your colleagues.
