The CDHM virtual AGM is set for Thursday evening, October 21st. We are very excited to welcome Eva Grayzel, an oral cancer survivor and storyteller, to share her story and journey through oral cancer recovery. An RSVP is required to attend, please visit the CDHM website to register.
How to register:
• log in to your CDHM account
• click My profile page on the left margin
• click Edit Profile to open up the AGM Registration box at the top of the page
• click Yes or No & scroll to the bottom of the page to Submit your AGM registration
